He has a cumulative experience of 17 years and at Karma Capital he’s responsible for south and west regions in India, and the North America, APAC regions.

Prior to this, he worked at Aditya Birla Sun Life Asset Management where he was the Channel Head for Private Banks and Wealth Management. He was responsible for fundraising, driving sales and creating new business opportunities in the domestic private banking and the wealth management space.

He has also been a founding member of Aditya Birla Health Insurance where he played a pivotal role in the formation of the joint venture between Aditya Birla Group and MMI of South Africa. At Aditya Birla, he led key projects in aspects of strategic partnerships, custom payment solutions and customer processes. Before joining the Aditya Birla Group, Yogesh worked at Fidelity Investments for six years in functions such as Sales, Product and Corporate Communication. He has also had stints with ABN Amro Bank and Benchmark Asset Management.

Yogesh graduated from the University of Mumbai in 2003 with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media, specialising in Advertising. He has also completed an MBA degree jointly offered by National University of Singapore.
