He has a total work experience of over 16 years and is responsible for expansion of Business within India and Overseas.

Prior to Karma Capital, Pramod was associated with Edelweiss Asset Management Company Limited where he spearheaded the alliance with Banks, Wealth Management Private Banking & Fin-tech firms. He also spent almost a decade with Invesco Asset Management India and joined the team as a founding member in 2008. He started his career with a public sector bank moving on to asset management business with Birla Sunlife AMC.

Pramod holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University and is an alumni of  ICFAI Business School Hyderabad. He also holds a PG Diploma in Investment Analysis from ICFAI.

He is a Marathoner and participated in races across length and breadth of the country. He is also an avid reader, with keen interest in Indian history.
